Otaguj — “(21 savage) He really quiet for real....” EN: A tabby cat with a white chest sits in a person’s arms and silently opens its mouth as if singing or trying to say something while a green phone is held nearby. The joke comes from the cat’s dazedly serious expression and the music by Otaguj — “(21 savage) He really quiet for real....” in a phonk style, which fits its silent lip movements perfectly; people send the clip as a reaction to silent agreement, weird singing, or an awkward situation.
