A Little Treat Despite Limited Funds

Text on the meme

a little treat (i deserve it) my limited funds

What it means

A bald, clown-collared figure in a dim pastoral landscape reaches toward a small striped candy while tiny figures stand nearby. The joke is about impulsively buying a small indulgence despite having very little money, often used as a self-deprecating reaction to spending guilt.
