Tau Ceti /dev/null Wormhole Planet
Astronomers have discovered a planet in the Tau Ceti system where every bit sent to /dev/null comes out of a wormhole.
A black-and-white cartoon shows a strange alien-like creature on a barren planet beneath Saturn-like rings, while a computer-like device emits objects from a wormhole. The joke is a programming reference: data sent to /dev/null, the Unix “black hole” for discarded output, unexpectedly reappears through a wormhole. It is shared as an absurd tech reaction to data loss, broken systems, or impossible debugging behavior.
