Robot Makes Workers Pick Up Trash

Text on the meme

Found out about the latest tech scam and I'm losing it It's this thing called Marty the Robot, it costs 35k and all it does is detect trash on the floor and yell an alarm for a wage worker to come and pick it up

What it means

A tall Marty cleaning robot stands in the aisle of a supermarket. The joke mocks expensive workplace automation that does not actually clean anything, but only detects trash and summons a low-wage worker to pick it up. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to pointless technology and exploitative labor practices.
