Ukrainian Troops Soup Time

Text on the meme

Ukrainian troops when they complete training on Western air defense systems much sooner than expected: SOUP time

What it means

A frog wearing a Ukrainian flag stands eagerly in front of a bowl of soup. The joke exaggerates Ukrainian troops finishing Western air-defense training unexpectedly quickly and immediately celebrating with soup, using the frog’s intense anticipation as an absurd reaction.
