PowerPoint Girls Take Flight

POWERPOINT GIRLS

What it means

A rapid, colorful montage begins with angular black-and-white silhouettes and transitions into the Powerpuff Girls posing and flying across the screen. The oversized caption “POWERPOINT GIRLS” jokes about the girls’ blocky, presentation-like visual style before revealing the real cartoon characters. Set to jaconnisplayhouse’s “B-Day Tingz,” the energetic dancehall-leaning music makes the transformation feel like a flashy, triumphant reveal.
