Text on the meme

I see... So you wanna sell dagashi and toys on the Internet, huh? What, already?! "Website for Shikada Dagashi" "Content / Contact us" A-Awesome... You're great at the Internet! So this is the famous HTML. That sparkling thing is following the mouse as it moves around... JavaScript This is civilization!

What it means

A scene from Dagashi Kashi humorously depicts Kokonotsu and Hajime building a website for Shikada Dagashi. Hajime treats basic HTML, animated cursor effects, and JavaScript as astonishing technological achievements, while Kokonotsu reacts with confusion and disbelief. The joke works as a reaction to primitive web design or someone being amazed by simple computer technology, accompanied by music and prominent keyboard-typing sounds.
