Japanese Songs Make Us Dance

Japanese songs: *sings about depression and suicide* Me and the boys who don't understand Japanese:

A group of young men enthusiastically performs a goofy synchronized dance in a room while YOASOBI’s “夜に駆ける” plays. The joke contrasts the song’s dark subject matter with the dancers’ cheerful, carefree movements, implying that people who do not understand Japanese only hear an upbeat dance track. The clip works as a reaction to enjoying foreign-language music without understanding its lyrics.
