The Council Has Decided
the council has decided you are friend <3
Three frogs sit together on a mesh platform, with the central frog wearing a pink crocheted hat and the two others wearing green hats. The joke presents the frogs as a whimsical council that has officially decided someone is their friend, making it a cute and absurd reaction to show affection or acceptance.
