People in the 1920s and 2020s

ppl in the 1920s: I lost my house, my job, and all my savings! I'm ruined! ppl in the 2020s: I have never had any of those

A small sad-looking Doge sits beneath the caption about losing a house, job, and savings in the 1920s, while a massively muscular Doge stands beneath the 2020s caption saying he has never had any of those things. The joke contrasts the hardships of the Great Depression era with modern economic precarity, where many people never owned those assets in the first place.
