EN: The screenshot shows a job listing seeking an LGBT Xamarin developer for Teaze, a photo- and message-sharing app for men. The joke comes from the unusually explicit requirement about the applicant’s sexual orientation combined with an absurd concentration of startup and tech jargon; this meme is used as a reaction to extremely cringe job listings and corporate announcements.
