When the Network Diagram Has One Weird Thing

Text on the meme

Whenever I'm doing a physical network diagram in Visio Detailed Network Diagram Computers and Monitors Network and Peripherals A/B Switch Repeater Diagnostic Device Smart Card Reader Patch Panel Radio Tower Biometric Reader External Hard Drive XML Web Service Fiber Optic Satellite Dish Satellite VoIP Phone PBX ONE OF THESE THINGS DOESN'T BELONG HERE

What it means

The meme shows a Microsoft Visio physical network diagram sidebar next to Grover giving a thumbs-up, with the caption “ONE OF THESE THINGS DOESN'T BELONG HERE.” The joke is that Grover is the incongruous item among technical network components, referencing the children’s song and game about identifying the thing that does not fit. It is used as a reaction to an obviously out-of-place item in an otherwise technical or orderly context.
