Airplane Wings Are Not Supposed to Bounce
you for the about it. “Yeah, we’re not really sure what the hell is going on up there when shit gets rough, but all we do know is that the wings are NOT supposed to be doing that bouncing shit…” of jello, and crash be scared.
Did you know that when an airplane wing bounces and flexes while experiencing turbulence that this is actually really bad for the plane? Aerospace engineers have not yet figured out how to fix this issue and they're actually pretty scared about it. In fact, the CEO of Boeing himself has actually quoted as saying, Yeah, we're not really sure what the hell is going on up there when shit gets rough, but all we do know is that the wings are not supposed to be doing that bouncing shit. The analogy that NASA engineers use for this is like if an airplane were in a bowl of jello. If that bowl of jello gets too rough in the sky with turbulence, it could fall out of the sky and crash to the ground below, getting completely obliterated. Send this to a friend who hates flying because they're right to be scared.
