Windows 95 Skyrim Opening
Windows 95 Ralof: Hey, you. You're finally awake. You were trying to cross the border, right? Walked right into that Imperial ambush, same as us, and that thief over there. Lokir: Damn you Stormcloaks. Skyrim was fine until you came along. Empire was nice and lazy. If they hadn't been looking for you, could've stolen that horse and been half way to Hammerfell. You there. You and me -- we should be here. It's these Stormcloaks the Empire wants. Ralof: We're all brothers and sisters in binds now, thief. Imperial Soldier: Shut up back there!
A mock Windows 95 document displays the opening dialogue from Skyrim, with Ralof, Lokir, and an Imperial soldier speaking during the prisoner cart ride. The joke combines a nostalgic old computer interface with a famous video game introduction, making it useful as a reaction to waking up, being unexpectedly captured, or starting an absurd situation.
