can I show you a scary video ?

What it means

A woman asks, “can I show you a scary video?” The clip cuts to a creepy-looking baby, then a bearded man, a close-up of a hand handling something pale, and a small black-and-brown dog before the camera falls toward the snowy ground. The joke is an intentionally bizarre, unsettling bait-and-switch video sent as a humorous reaction or fake scare.
