Beautiful Man as Buynov

Text on the meme

Damn I wish that the Russian Federation legalized Homosexuality so I can marry such a beautiful man as Буйнов wow.

What it means

A smiling man in a military beret and striped shirt appears above a social-media comment expressing an exaggerated wish to marry the handsome Russian singer Buynov. The joke comes from the overly earnest, sexually suggestive admiration contrasted with the formal reference to Russian law, making it a reaction to an especially attractive man.
