Rules for Using a Camera
Rules for Using a Camera 1. Assume every camera has film unless you personally verify otherwise. 2. Never point a camera at something you're not willing to photograph. 3. Never put your finger on the shutter button until you're ready to take a photograph. 4. Always be aware of the subject of your photograph and what is behind the subject.
A vintage illustrated instructional poster shows a camera, four photography safety rules, and a cartoon girl holding a flash-like object. The joke is the overly serious, oddly specific advice, especially the warning to check what is behind the subject. People send it as a humorous reaction to caution someone about photography or unintended consequences.
