A person records a dry grassy field, then uses old Windows-era panorama and 3D software to build an elaborate virtual scene with huge pink “nevertheless” lettering, a wind turbine, and other objects. The joke is the absurd escalation from simply taking a picture to painstakingly creating a 3D render, ending with an unexpectedly polished result.
