This Cat Is Not Driving

Text on the meme

This cat is NOT driving!!! cars are PARKED (not in motion) facing opposite of other cars umm u need to see the road?? licking wheel like an idiot?? wtf His ass is NOT going anywhere!!!

What it means

A small tabby kitten lies on a car dashboard with its face near the steering wheel, while red annotations insist that the surrounding cars are parked. The joke is that the kitten looks like it is driving, but the exaggerated evidence proves it is facing the wrong way and going nowhere, making it a silly reaction image about obvious misunderstandings.
