What it means

A bald man in a barbershop has a red faucet valve fixed to the top of his head; it is turned on and water pours over him while he sits expressionless. In the final cut, the valve has comically shifted onto his face like an eye attachment. Valve’s “Hazardous Environments,” an eerie industrial ambient video-game track, makes the absurd plumbing-body gag feel ominous and deadpan.
