Got the Date Wrong

walking out the hospital. just realized I got the date wrong so my brains still discombobulated I guess lol @Little Shapes NFT 12 / 28 / 23

A screenshot of a tweet shows someone walking out of a hospital while holding a handwritten note with the date “12 / 28 / 23” and the handle “@Little Shapes NFT.” The joke is that the person claims their brain is still discombobulated after leaving the hospital, explaining why they wrote the date incorrectly or confusingly; it is used as a self-deprecating reaction to being mentally muddled.
