Did you really study acupuncture?
Did you really study acupuncture? No, I'm just really into feet.
A classical-style painting shows a kneeling man holding and examining a woman's bare foot while she sits in a garden. She asks whether he really studied acupuncture, and he admits that he is simply attracted to feet, creating a risqué foot-fetish punchline. The meme is used as a cheeky reaction to someone showing unusual enthusiasm for feet.
