Pfizer April Fools Tweet

Text on the meme

April Fools! We put fucking cum in all the vaccines you idiots!

What it means

A fabricated-looking tweet from Pfizer claims that its vaccines contain semen as an April Fools’ joke. It parodies vaccine conspiracy theories and corporate social-media posts, used as an absurd, crude reaction to misinformation or distrust.
