Cory Got Promoted to Cornelius

Text on the meme

i’m lovin’ it CORY McCafé Specialist Crew Trainer CORY CORY GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER Cory Got Promoted To Cornelius Team Leader CORY CORY ASSISTANT MANAGER CORNELIUS MARKET PEOPLE LEAD

What it means

A stack of McDonald’s employee name badges shows Cory advancing through increasingly senior roles, ending with the name Cornelius. The joke is the absurdly dramatic promotion from Cory to Cornelius, used as a reaction to an exaggerated career upgrade or glow-up.
