Baltic states outside capitals

BALTIC LATVIA LITHUANIA TURKEY GREECE MONTENEGRO: Baltic states' Capital cities Baltic states outside of the capital cities

A fast montage contrasts the Baltic states with other European regions: country-labelled Wojaks, Turkey and Greece firing rifles, and Montenegro represented by a sleeping man. It then shows a pretty Baltic capital-city view before cutting to chaotic clips of people dancing, a horse pulling someone on a sled, and a masked man indoors under the caption “Baltic states outside of the capital cities.” The joke exaggerates the contrast between polished tourist capitals and supposedly wild rural life; it works as a reaction to city-versus-province stereotypes. Cheerful upbeat background music—“Musica para Videos y Presentaciones” by Música Alegre de Fondo—makes the escalating absurdity feel jaunty rather than serious.
