Text on the meme

guy's BrePSI

What it means

A serious-looking man sits submerged in a blue barrel in a tiled bathroom, with a showerhead above him and a parody soda label on the barrel. The absurd image jokes about taking a bath in soda and is used as a bizarre reaction to uncomfortable, ridiculous, or low-budget situations.
