Big Ben Completely Covered
That time I went to London and finally got to see Big Ben.
A distant view of London shows Big Ben almost completely hidden behind scaffolding. The joke is that someone finally visits London to see the famous landmark, only to find it covered up and barely visible, making this useful as a reaction to bad timing or disappointment.
