What Puberty Did to Me
What puberty did to my friends BOYS? LOVE What puberty did to me
A hand-drawn comic compares puberty’s effect on friends, who become stylish and interested in boys and love, with its effect on the narrator, who transforms from a small tadpole-like creature into a huge warty toad. The joke is a self-deprecating reaction to feeling unattractive or awkward after growing up.
