Biden Stares at Kishinev Snack

Text on the meme

Кишиняу 60th Inaugural Ceremonies

What it means

A solemn inauguration ceremony is shown, with Joe Biden standing beside the speaker and staring at an inset image of a yellow snack package labeled «Кишиняу». The joke comes from contrasting the serious political event with Biden’s distracted-looking fascination with an ordinary snack, making it useful as a reaction to being fixated on something irrelevant.
