Joker Ratings and TF2 Laughter

Text on the meme

89% "JOKER" 36% "JOKER 2"

What it means

A comparison graphic shows the first Joker film rated 89% and Joker 2 rated 36%, while the bottom of the clip cuts from the Team Fortress 2 Medic looking pleased to the Scout and Heavy laughing together. The joke is that the characters react to the sharply lower sequel rating with mocking amusement. A brief female-sounding vocal and snickering laughter reinforce the punchline.
