Remembering the Romeo and Juliet Stabbing

Text on the meme

Remembering that in highschool i got stabbed in the balls with a sword during a production of romeo and juliet Me

What it means

A young man in glasses and a red beanie remembers being stabbed in the testicles with a sword during a high-school production of Romeo and Juliet. The clip then cuts to a stage performance where an actor dramatically lunges with a sword, turning the painful memory into an absurd visual punchline. Gia Giudice’s melancholic song “Sad Song” makes the reaction feel melodramatic and self-pitying, which heightens the joke.
