So of President Trump

Text on the meme

SO OF PRESIDENT TRUMP

What it means

A soldier in camouflage stands on a decorated stage with Joe Biden and two women while reading from a folder. The captions appear one word at a time, forming the awkward phrase “SO OF PRESIDENT TRUMP,” after which the group begins walking away. The joke comes from the absurd, grammatically broken caption and the confused ceremonial reaction.
