What it means

EN: At the top, a gloomy person surrounded by chaotic black lines reflects that life has no meaning and consists only of pain, suffering, and failure. At the bottom, that absurdly bleak mood suddenly turns into excitement at the sight of soup—the meme is used as a reaction to a small joy unexpectedly saving a bad day.
