Hi Patrick Bateman, Hi Pomni

Hi Patrick Bateman from AMERICAN PSYCHO Hi Pomni from THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS

What it means

A four-panel video juxtaposes Pomni from The Amazing Digital Circus with Patrick Bateman from American Psycho. As the camera slowly zooms in on both characters’ increasingly intense, blank stares, the comparison turns their unsettling expressions into a deadpan reaction joke. Mareux’s darkwave track “The Perfect Girl” adds a dramatic, sinister mood that makes the stare-down feel absurdly serious.
