Ryan Gosling at Russian Federation

Text on the meme

RUSSIAN FEDERATION

What it means

Ryan Gosling sits at a formal international conference table with a nameplate reading “RUSSIAN FEDERATION.” The joke comes from digitally placing the actor in the seat of a Russian representative, making him look unexpectedly serious and official; it is used as an absurd reaction image for pretending to represent Russia or taking a situation overly seriously.
