What it means

Alicia Keys — «Empire State of Mind, Pt. 2», EN: A nighttime shot from high above shows rooftops and illuminated skyscraper windows; a long stream of water pours down from the edge of a building, after which the camera reveals an impressive modern city skyline. The joke comes from the contrast between the romantic city atmosphere and the unexpected everyday act, turning a beautiful view into an absurd bathroom moment. Alicia Keys — “Empire State of Mind, Pt. 2” plays in the background, and its melodic, dreamy pop-soul mood heightens the irony.
