If I ever win the lottery, I'm not telling anyone, but there will be signs
Two suited men sit at a table covered with an absurd number of donuts, looking serious in an office-like room. The joke is that the lottery winner claims to keep the news secret, but the mountain of donuts is an obvious sign that something has changed; it is sent as a reaction to jokingly hinting at sudden wealth or indulgence.
