Rat Under Anesthesia

Text on the meme

I present to you: rat being put under anesthesia

What it means

A rat lies inside a transparent anesthesia chamber in a veterinary laboratory while a breathing tube supplies anesthetic gas. The humorous effect comes from presenting the vulnerable, sedated rat dramatically, as if unveiling an important spectacle; it can be sent as an absurd reaction to someone being completely knocked out or helpless.
