Fortnite Replaces the Statue of Liberty
1984 2018 7 Historical Landmarks That were Destroyed
A split image compares the Statue of Liberty in 1984 with a Fortnite character standing in the same pose on the pedestal in 2018. The joke treats the video game character as if it had destroyed or replaced a historic landmark, parodying sensationalist historical-list videos. It is used as an absurd reaction to cultural change, Fortnite, or exaggerated claims about modern entertainment.
