A video shows a distorted, flushed person reacting intensely while a phone app screen changes from Genshin Impact being uninstalled to Home Workout - No Equipment being installed. The joke is that deleting a game and replacing it with a fitness app represents an ambitious attempt at self-improvement, while the exaggerated face and dramatic MGMT — Little Dark Age music make the decision feel absurdly intense. It works as a reaction to suddenly trying to become disciplined or quit gaming.
