What it means

A collage shows two dark, chaotic pencil drawings beside a cartoon of anthropomorphic banknotes lifting weights. The joke contrasts the disturbing-looking drawings with the Russian pun in the cartoon: one banknote asks whether it is difficult, and the other answers, “Yeah, send a ruble,” turning emotional heaviness into a joke about money. It is shared as an absurd reaction to mental distress, chaotic thoughts, or financial struggles.
