Эволюция боевой техники

STUG STOG

Видео под песню The Ink Spots «I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire» показывает абсурдную подборку военной техники: солдата с самодельным оружием, лучника, бойца в противогазе, стрелка, сравнение танков с подписями «STUG» и «STOG», летающий танк и яркий мультяшный танк. Шутка строится на стремительном переходе от примитивных и нелепых образцов к всё более странной военной технике, а меланхоличная довоенная музыка усиливает контраст и делает монтаж ироничным. EN: Set to The Ink Spots’ “I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire,” the video shows an absurd compilation of military technology: a soldier with an improvised weapon, an archer, a gas-mask-wearing fighter, a shooter, a comparison of tanks labeled “STUG” and “STOG,” a flying tank, and a bright cartoon tank. The joke comes from the rapid progression from primitive and ridiculous designs to increasingly bizarre military hardware, while the melancholic pre-war song heightens the contrast and makes the montage ironic.
