A collage of Wikipedia pages about naval ships named USS Rizzi, USS Gyatt, USS Ohio, and a Sigma-class design, overlaid on a faint cartoon character. The joke comes from the modern slang-like names “Rizzi,” “Gyatt,” “Ohio,” and “Sigma” appearing together as if they were serious naval terminology. It is used as an absurd reaction meme about internet slang, military trivia, or an unexpectedly chaotic combination of words.
