Robbing a House During Shrek 2

when u break into a house to rob them but they watching shrek 2

A burglar enters a dim bedroom at night while a couple peacefully watches Shrek 2 in bed. The joke is that the homeowners are so absorbed in the movie that they barely react to the robbery, making the intruder’s crime awkward and absurd. It is used as a reaction to situations where someone interrupts people who are focused on something else. EN: A burglar enters a dim bedroom at night while a couple peacefully watches Shrek 2 in bed.
