I'll Build My Own Wall

I'll build my own wall brick by brick I'll be alone but safe

A four-panel comic shows a person building a brick wall around herself, choosing isolation and safety. The final panel cuts to a medieval siege scene with a giant cannon and Pepe the Frog, exaggerating the idea that even extreme self-protection cannot prevent danger or absurd conflict. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to social withdrawal, anxiety, or wanting to hide from everyone.
