Text on the meme

when his majesty is touched

What it means

A four-panel cartoon shows a proud cat sitting like royalty, reacting dramatically when someone pets it. The cat becomes startled, angry, and then comically licks its paw as if regaining composure. The meme is used as a reaction to unwanted attention or when someone acts overly important and easily offended.
