What it means

EN: A four-panel comic: a girl asks where her boyfriend has been, and he replies that he beat Metal Gear Solid 4. When she asks “what is the game about??”, he launches into an excessively long and confusing explanation of the plot. The meme is used to joke about a game with an overly complicated story or to give an absurdly detailed answer to a simple question.
