Half-Life Coma Patient

Nurse: Sir you've been in a coma for 1.64x10⁴ seconds Me: oh boy I can't wait to see half of my favourite Polonium-241 isotope

A nurse stands beside a patient in a hospital bed and tells him he has been in a coma for 1.64×10⁴ seconds. The patient is excited because this is approximately the half-life of polonium-241, making the joke a dark nuclear-science reaction to waking up from a coma.
