Mall Security Dog Birthday

Text on the meme

Mall security dog’s bday 😭🎂 DO NOT PET

What it means

A mall security dog wears a tiny birthday hat while a security officer offers it a small cup of ice cream. The dog ignores the celebration and drops down to lick the mall floor, making the birthday moment absurdly chaotic and relatable as a reaction to an awkward celebration.
