Tamagotchi Trapped in a Vape

Text on the meme

Earlier this year, artists Rebecca Xun and Lucia Camacho created a Vape-o-Gotchi. It has a Tamagotchi trapped inside that dies if you stop vaping.

What it means

A handmade pink vaping device contains a tiny Tamagotchi screen and exposed colorful wires. The joke is the absurd premise that the virtual pet will die if the owner stops vaping, making it a reaction to ridiculous technology and unhealthy dependence.
